If you could give one piece of advice to pet owners, what would it be?
Routine examinations for your pets are very important – beneficial for the health of pet and learning about preventative care for your pets which includes vaccinations, heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, dental, metabolic, and joint health, and more!

What are three things people might be surprised to know about you?
I attended the University of Arizona for veterinary school – go wildcats! I loved my time in the Arizona heat, but Northwest Indiana is where I call home.
I have a whole crew of pets including a rescued Australian Shepherd, three cats (brother and sister bonded pair and a shelter kitten that beat the odds), three crested geckos, and a sulcata tortoise.
I’m an adventure seeker and love being outdoors whether relaxing on the beach, paddle boarding in the lake, or hiking up mountains. Visiting all 63 US National Parks is on my bucket list!
