Biography

1. What do you consider your greatest accomplishment at this point in your life?
Becoming a veterinarian is my greatest accomplishment so far. It is a lifelong dream come true.

2. If you could give one piece of advice to pet owners, what would it be?
Preventative care is incredibly important for the overall health of pets. Just like people, pets require preventative care and monitoring to live a happy healthy life.

3. What’s your favorite comfort food?
I have a major sweet tooth and easily convinced to get ice cream.

4. 3 things people might be surprised to know about you?
I have a true passion for the outdoors and admire nature. I have a goal of visiting all 50 US states and all 63 National parks. I have lived in five states. Most recently moving to Indiana from Missouri where I attended the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. I like to cook and bake. I enjoy trying new recipes for all types of food and seeing how they turn out. Some are new favorites and some are one hit wonders. I enjoy baking desserts and have recently began making sourdough bread with my own starter. I enjoy taking in live music in all forms from large concerts to smaller venues like restaurants or patios.
