Wellness Appointment Request
Coyne Veterinary Center is offering appointments a few days a week for annual wellness exam visits! We want to make sure you and your pet get the time you need during your wellness appointment so we can answer all your questions and address any concerns. If your pet has an illness, injury, or some other type of urgent problem, please call us at (219) 267-1700 or utilize our walk-in service!

Request an Appointment on the App
Once you’ve downloaded the app, here’s how to get started with your wellness appointment request:
- Open the app and press the Calendar icon on the home screen.
- Click Request Appointment and select your preferred date and time.
- Select the service you’re requesting (we’re currently only seeing annual wellness exams and vaccinations for appointments).
- Click Request Appointment to submit your request.
Please keep an eye on your Notifications—our team will reach out to propose a date and time for your appointment! Be sure to confirm or decline this date and time before the end of the business day.
Once your appointment is confirmed, we will send you a secure link for submitting a $50 deposit fee (per pet) that will go towards your visit. This fee is refundable up to 72 hours before your appointment.
